Happy New Year!
I had a great year in 2011 and enjoyed gettign to share Close To My Heart with you. I am looking forward not just to continue being able to share these great products with you but getting to see the wonderful projects to make with them. This picture though slightly blurry is from the recent birthday celebration at my house. Due to Dec. being overly hectiv for my family there was not enough time to plan a bigger event, but for turning three Ethan was very pleased to be at home with his close friends and family.

Technique of the Month:Liquid Applique
During the card swap this month we focused on using Liquid Applique. For my card I turned liquid applique in to marshmellow fluff. To see how to do this yourself, just go to My blog, and read on how to make Paper S'mores.
Tip of the month
When going to use your liquid glass if you find the tip of it clogged up do Not use the following tools on the tip of the bottle: peircing tool and sicors. This is because the peircing tool will strech and rip the tip of the bottle making it so the liquid glass comes out too thick. Cutting it will also result in having your liquid glass come out is thick big globs. By using a thin needle you can maintain having the small tip on the liquid glass for better control over how much comes out at a time.
The craftoom is a freen download you and get to use with your cartridges on your computer. A great thing about this is it allows you a bigger screen to work with your images.
Cricut Tip: Some of the word images in cartridges such as Toy Story are not seen with the imagine even after updates. (unless this was very recently fixed.) This isn't an issue with the craft room! You can use the craftroom with your imagine to bipass this issue. It can also be gone around with a gypsy.
